NYC Keeps Public Worker Vaccine Mandate in Place After Judge Struck It Down

A New York State Supreme Court Judge on Oct. 24 ruled New York City’s vaccine mandate for public workers to be unconstitutional. The city plans to keep the mandate in place resulting in a legal battle.
