State Dept: 'Strong, Robust Package' of Sanctions Will be Placed on Russia

State Department Spokesman Mathew Miller tells reporters at a Wednesday press conference the sanctions against Russia to be announced on Friday will be "strong" and "robust" amid questions about the many which are already in place against the Vladimir Putin-led country. Sullivan said these coming sanctions will be in response to both the second anniversary of Russia's attack on Ukraine and the recent death of Alexei Navalny.
