Brussels Sprout 2 ways II

1. Clean and halved Brussels sprouts. Chop potato, celery and onion. 2. Warm the pan with medium-high heat, add olive oil, chopped onion and chili. And fry until sauté. Then sprinkle curry powder, keep fry. 3. In the same pan, whisk tomato paste and brown sugar, fry a while. Add Brussels sprout, chopped potato and chopped celery in the pan. Pour in vegetable stock. Sprinkle some raisin. Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes. 4.Put sliced banana in the pan, and add lemon juice. After 10 minutes, pour heavy cream. Garnish with parsley. 5. Enjoy! 1.In a large pot, boil Brussels sprout for 10 minutes. Drain it and set aside. 2.Slice Onion. Warm the large skillet with medium-high heat, add olive oil, sliced onion. Stir-fry well. 3.In the same skillet, add tuna, lemon juice. Seasoning with salt and pepper. Put Brussels sprout, halved cherry tomatoes in. Fry for a while. 4.In a small bowl, whisk milk, nutmeg, soy sauce and tomato paste. Mixture well. Pour into the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the oven, bake at 392 oF for 10minutes. 5. After 10 minutes, sprinkle shred cheese on the top and bake again at 392 oF for 10minutes. 6. Enjoy!
