New York City Mayoral Candidate Curtis Sliwa Announces No-Kill Policy

Republican candidate for New York City mayor Curtis Sliwa has run a campaign on a number of issues. As the owner of several rescue cats, he says if he's elected the city will implement no-kill animal shelters.
