Biden Administration Ordered to Allow Religious Exemptions From Title IX Transgender Policy

A Christian school sued the Biden administration over its amended Title IX definition of “sex” and “sex-based discrimination.” The administration had added a transgender mandate that required schools to allow students to use bathrooms and locker rooms based on their gender identity. The school said it could not comply based on its religious beliefs. The Biden administration now permits all religious schools an automatic exemption from this policy.
