Just this week, however, President Biden mixed up the names of world leaders twice in his speeches. Police have arrested a suspected illegal immigrant who opened fire and shot a tourist at Times Square in New York. Authorities say the suspect is believed to be a 15-year-old from Venezuela who was living in a temporary shelter. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has asked the Israeli military to draw up plans to evacuate civilians from Rafah. This comes amid criticism over Israel's plan to advance militarily into the city. The U.S. Military has identified the five marines killed in a helicopter crash in southern California earlier this week. The crash occurred during a routine training flight from Nevada to San Diego.
