Fired Bioethicist Appeals Vaccine Mandate Lawsuit

Many institutions and jurisdictions have imposed vaccine mandates to protect public health. Though some have challenged the mandates saying they don't offer an option to claim natural immunity instead of getting the vaccine. NTD spoke to former professor Aaron Kheriaty who served as the director of the medical ethics program at the University of California Irvine. The university fired him for not complying, and he later sued the school saying it was unconstitutional. The judge threw the case out saying there's no way for the school to determine who has natural immunity and who doesn't. But Kheriaty says the onus is on the individual to show that proof. He gives us an update on his lawsuit.
