This is Subaru's first electric vehicle that will go global: Solterra”, said Subaru CEO, Tomomi Nakamura. 速霸陸執行長中村知美表示：「我打從心底非常高興和自豪能夠向大家介紹全新速霸陸汽車。這是速霸陸第一款走向全球的電動汽車：Solterra。」 The sports utility vehicle (SUV) launch comes amid accelerating demand for EVs as nations around the world tighten environmental regulations to cut carbon emissions. 隨著世界各國緊縮環境法規以減少碳排放，這款運動型多用途車(運動型休旅車)在電動汽車的需求不斷增加下的情況下推出。 The front-wheel drive Solterra has a cruising range of 530 km, while the all-wheel drive version can drive 460 km on a single charge, Subaru said in a press release. 速霸陸在一份新聞稿中表示，Solterra 前輪驅動的車型，續航里程為 530 公里，而四輪傳動的車型，單次充電可行駛 460 公里。 Toyota owns 20% of Subaru, and has a 5% stake in Mazda Motor Corp.
