A U.S. appeals court has reaffirmed its stance on the vaccine mandates from President Joe Biden, and continued to place a hold on the order which directs the Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to enforce requirements on businesses with over 100 employees. The court wrote that “... OSHA runs afoul of the statute from which it draws its power and, likely, violates the constitutional structure that safeguards our collective liberty.” And in other news, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has now admitted it doesn’t have evidence showing people spreading COVID-19 who have had the virus and recovered. In this live Q&A with Crossroads host Joshua Philipp we’ll discuss these stories and others, and answer questions from the audience.
