Expert: China Reaching Out to Taliban

U.S. officials met with the Taliban as the Chinese Communist Party looks to take advantage of the retreat of U.S. troops from Afghanistan. Beijing hopes to implement its Belt and Road Initiative with the support of Afghanistan despite the brutality of the Taliban regime.
