Over the years I slowly put on lean mass and became more interested in the information surrounding fitness. At 18 years old I studied for an acquired my ACE certification. Two years later I am 20 years old and I am weighing in at 210lbs. After another 5 years of natural bodybuilding I plan to be 220-225lbs at 6-8% bodyfat!
