Welcome to my first episode of Baking101 with My sucre Coeur
and for today let's demystify Meringue
Recipe for Italian Meringue
1 cup or 200g Sugar
1/2 cup 100g Water
4 pcs or 120g medium Egg White
1/2 tsp cream of tartar or Lemon Juice
Make a syrup cook at 118C and Slowly pour into your egg whipped
and thats it Sweetheart
