► 4K SBB Re 4/4 II 11108 & 11109 in Basel [18.08.20]

A rare tandem - the two oldest Re 420 locomotives (1967) belonging to the passenger division - and the only 2 locomotives still featuring the Swiss Express livery - a former express train made up of EW III rolling stock (sold to BLS about 14 years ago). Following the initial train, I recorded a few other trains that have become common in Basel. At the end the Swiss express tandem is parked at the front of the station. For those interested, a cab ride is coming up recorded from the 11108.
