State Judge Blocks Indiana's Abortion Ban

A judge in Indiana on Sept. 22 blocked the state's new ban on abortion. The law went into effect a week prior, banning most abortions at all stages of pregnancy but allowing exceptions for rape, incest, and health reasons.
