AUKUS Alliance in the Indo-Pacific Region

Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin hosted Australian officials in Washington, D.C., on Thursday. They're continuing discussions on the new alliance called AUKUS, consisting of Australia, the UK, and the United States. The three countries will work together to increase security and safety in the Indo-Pacific region.
