Emergency Exercise in Chinese Province Close to Taiwan

An emergency exercise for responding to power cuts triggered heated discussion among Chinese netizens. It was carried out in the southern Chinese province Fujian earlier this week. This is the country's closest province to Taiwan. The four cities involved are separated from Taiwan by a narrow waterway.
