The Biden administration is trying to keep title 42 in place. The COVID-era border policy allows border agents to quickly deport illegal immigrants. The administration is appealing a ruling that would get rid of the border policy. Lawmakers are demanding answers about the placement of unaccompanied illegal immigrant children, after whistleblower allegations that a government agency is knowingly sending some children to criminals.
