San Francisco's Medical Examiner is investigating the discovery of a torso, found inside a large fish tank in a home on Clara Street in the SOMA district, initially reported by the San Francisco Chronicle.
Neighbors said they became suspicious in June when he noticed 60-year-old Brian Egg hadn't been walking his dog, watering his plants, and following his usual routine. A neighbor called the police for a welfare check.
According to the report, officers were told by someone in the home that Egg was away on vacation.
Two weeks ago, the neighbor called the police again, after seeing a private crime scene clean-up crew at the home. Authorities say a torso was found in a fish tank in the home.
