President Trump has not yet committed to running in 2024, although he has strongly hinted at it in interviews and speeches. Speculation about a 2024 candidacy heated up further last weekend when Trump held a rally in Iowa. However on October 13th, he delivered a statement indicating that Republican voters will not come out to vote in 2022 or 2024 if previous issues are not addressed. What does this mean?
