PlayStations Users Say Malicious Messages Crashing Consoles

PlayStation users report their consoles crashing after being sent messages via the chat system. Gamers report being sent messages from dummy accounts just before the system crashed. A factory reset was needed to restore the consoles. PlayStation users are being advised to change their message settings. Sony has so far not commented on the reports.
