Patel: Rwanda Plan Faces Legal Hurdles

The home secretary said the plan to send illegal immigrants, such as those crossing the English Channel, to Rwanda will "take time" to implement. People will begin to be informed of their relocation to the East African country this week, but the Home Office said they expect legal challenges blocking the removal of the migrants.
