Extreme Measures Used to Fight the Outbreak in China’s New Epicenter

In a Harbin apartment building, a confirmed case was identified in the building and as a result all of the residents were locked in by local authorities. After using extreme measures to contain the CCP virus in Wuhan, the world witnessed abuse against humanity, the loss of lives, and the failure of lockdown policies. Recently, the new virus epicenter Harbin, a city northeast of China, is now following in Wuhan’s footprints by locking down the city.
