Nor’easter: Power Outages, Flash Floods

The first nor'easter to hit New York and New Jersey this season is here. It has knocked out power to over 4,000 people in the two states, and both of the states’ governors have issued states of emergency. It affects residents in over 40 counties between the two states—and governors are asking residents to stay vigilant, watch out for downed power lines, and not to drive through flooded areas.
