15 year old auctions pig for cancer

2018-08-23 23:20
15-year-old former student Waylon Klitzman was auctioning his pig, Roo, to raise money for Neuroblastoma, a rare type of childhood cancer. But on the day of the auction, the bidders in place had already heard about why Klitzman was selling the pig. So, instead of the pig just being sold once at the auction, the bidders bought the pig three different times. Each time it was bought, the bidder donated the pig right back to Klitzman. That way, he could get even more money for his cause. After the fourth bidder turned out to be the final bidder, the true scope of these peoples’ good deeds was revealed: Over $10,000 was spent on the pig. The boy and his teacher were both stunned by the response: “I did not see that coming,” said Klitzman. “Usually, they just sell it once!”
