300 Residents in High-Rise Building in Harbin Quarantined

Location: Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China Caption: A patient in Harbin City was diagnosed with coronavirus on Feb. 24, 2020. All of his neighbors from the No. 2 Building of Baoyu neighborhood, about 300 people, were sent to a designated hotel to be quarantined. The notice on the right says every resident must cooperate or legal action will be pursued. On Feb. 25, Harbin’s coronavirus emergence level was elevated to the same level as Hubei Province. The Harbin’s Dongcheng Urban Development Committee has restricted all Harbin residents from traveling to Beijing. Meanwhile, those already in Beijing have been ordered to immediately self-isolate.
