Woman Saves Dog in Ditch

A couple had walked by a small stream and noticed a dog stuck in the ditch. When they called the fire department they were told that they could not come because they were at another location at that time. The woman then asked a cable company employee if she could use their ladder so she can retrieve the dog from the ditch. She climbed down the ladder and retrieved the poor dog from the ditch.
