Motorist Finds Toddler in Car Seat That Fell From Vehicle Into Street A motorist in Mankato, Minnesota, got a shock on January 14 when he turned a corner to find a child strapped into a car seat lying on a busy road. Dashcam footage posted on Facebook shows Chad Cheddar Mock’s vehicle make the turn, to where the child is lying. The car the child had been travelling in fails to stop, and continues off down the street as Mock comes to the child’s aid. Police said the child fell out of her mother’s car because the safety seat in which she was sitting had not been secured properly. Police and ambulance staff who attended the scene found the child to be uninjured. The girl’s mother may face charges of child endangerment, local media said. Credit: Chad Cheddar Mock via Storyful
