Beijing imposes strict control of people entering the city after the lockdown of Wuhan was lifted on April 8. More than 30 buses were spotted in Parking Lot II of Beijing West Railway Station. - Cameraman: People, don’t come out. The 55,000 people from Wuhan are here. Man 2: These don’t include the ones infected. Cameraman: Where are they then? Man 2: Over there by the police cars. - A netizen revealed that when people arrived at various terminals in Beijing, they were transported by buses to designated isolation points according to their destinations. Starting April 12, mandatory isolation in a hotel for the duration of 7 days and a negative test certificate is required for people entering Beijing. It was estimated that about 55,000 Wuhan residents might have left Wuhan after the city was reopened.
