The prime minister says that all adults are to be offered the booster jab by the end of January with temporary vaccination hubs "popping up like Christmas trees" around the country. Restrictions came back into force Tuesday morning, with masks required on public transport and in shops. International arrivals now need a negative PCR test to leave isolation. But the CEO of vaccine-maker Moderna said Tuesday that current vaccines may be less effective against Omicron.
