Tyumen man risks life and limb to install 12th floor window with no safety harness

A worker in Tyumen, Russia, was spotted installing a window on the 12th floor without a safety harness. A second worker is helping his colleague over 90 feet above ground from the balcony. The risky technique appears to have worked as there is no mention of any accident.
