FATHER AND DAUGHTER CHARGED IN PANHANDLER MURDER HOAX

In December, a man reported that his wife, Jacquelyn Smith, was killed after helping a panhandler in Baltimore. Three months later, officials have learned that his story was NOT true, and are now charging him and his daughter with first-degree murder. Here’s Miguel Moreno with the Update:
