GOP: Tentative Deal on Infrastructure Plan

After months of little to no progress on infrastructure negotiations, a bipartisan group of 10 senators has come together on an infrastructure package. It's much smaller than President Joe Biden's $4 trillion proposal—just under $1 trillion—and the senators agreed on how to pay for it.
