Wood turning - Shou Sugi Ban PINE Railway Sleeper Bowl
RDM Woodturning
0 Followed
An off-cut from a pine railway sleeper, that I should have just chopped up for firewood from the start! It was just too soft and chewy!
It turned into a 10 inch by 5 inch large pine bowl, which I then blow torched in a Japanese Shou Sugi Ban style.
Not my best piece, but its a reasonable bowl from wood that was destined for the log burner!
