Tornado Leaves Wetumpka Littered With Debris

A tornado damaged buildings and cars and downed trees and power lines in Wetumpka, Alabama, after tearing through the town on Saturday, January 19. The National Weather Service tweeted that there were no reported fatalities as of 5:30pm local time. The service said damage was significant and directed those displaced by the tornado to seek shelter at a local school.
