1.8 Million Gallons of Water Floods Times Square Subway Station in New York

Manhattan’s Times Square-42nd Street subway station–New York City's busiest station–was flooded early Tuesday morning due to a water main break. Subway service was suspended on the 1, 2 and 3 lines through most of the morning, although service was restored by midday.
