Octopus Eggs Hatch in Melbourne's Port Phillip

NTDTV
Pang Quong is described as Australia’s only supplier of sea dragons to the aquarium trade. In Port Phillip during the month of October, Quong descended underwater to watch a female octopus laying her eggs and keeping them safe over the following three weeks. He later captured on camera the magical moments when the eggs begin to hatch, giving rise to new life under the sea.
