More people sickened in McDonald’s salad outbreak

McDonald’s salads contaminated with cyclospora have sickened 507 customers since May 20. McDonald’s destroyed all the contaminated salads and replaced all the infected ingredients. Because cyclosporiasis takes six weeks to incubate, cases are still showing up. Symptoms can include diarrhea, cramping, bloating, nausea, fatigue, and a mild fever.
