Hiking Friends Inspire Thousands to Clean Up Parks, Trails

September 15 is National CleanUp Day. 80% of Americans use their public parks - whether they’re local, state, or national parks. But these beautiful spaces and views need us to give back too. So every year, on the third Saturday of September, People come out in droves to keep our public spaces pristine. Studies show that if people realize others are taking care not to litter and even picking up after others, They will too.
