PANKO CRUSTED PORK LOIN with GREEN HERB OIL (from chives) | Little Kitchen recipe

When making herb oil there are a few important things to keep in mind. . 1. When using chives, don't forget to cut them. They are like hair and if you don't have a really strong blender, they will get tangled in the blades. So, don't forget to cut, use the pulse function in the start and don't overload. 2. Don't use a stick blender if preparing herb oil. They're just not strong enough to extract the chlorophyll. Use a stand blender and blend for at least 5-10 min. 3. Chill as soon as possible to retain the green colour. Remember how to blanch, right? 4. Use a pastry bag to help separate the sediment from the oil 5. Use some neutral tasting oil so it won't overshadow the taste of the herbs. . I guess that's it for the most of it 😁 .
