The Final Battlefield, Establishing the United States Space Command

President Donald Trump established the United States Space Command in August 2019. The Space Command is headed by General John Raymond. He said that, “in the future if we were to get into a conflict with a peer or near-peer competitor, we’re going to have to fight for space superiority.” As adversarial nations like China advance their space capabilities, they can now threaten U.S. space assets.
