An international coalition of aviation and medical professionals is calling for an end to vaccine mandates for pilots. They say the mandates have compromised aviation safety due to vaccine injuries among flight crew.
In a statement published on Tuesday, the coalition said quote -- "pilot advocacy groups, scientists and doctors are hearing daily from vaccine-injured airline pilots. These harms include cardiovascular issues, blood clots, neurological and auditory issues -- to name just a few."
The coalition says many pilots are forced to take the COVID-19 vaccine to keep their job -- but when they report their injuries -- they lose their licensing, incomes, and career.
And that they are receiving little to no support from their unions.
The group lists 20 airlines in six countries that have pilots suffering from vaccine injuries. They include Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and American Airlines. The coalition says it represents over 30 airlines -- thousands of pilots -- and over 17-thousand physicians and medical scientists.
