Prime Minister Faces Double By-Election Humiliation

Prime Minister Boris Johnson suffers further blows after a double by-election defeat and the resignation of party chairman Oliver Dowden. The Liberal Democrats overturned a 24,000 Tory majority to win in Devon, while Labour reclaimed their red wall stronghold seat of Wakefield.
