Hello!! This is the STAMP Workshop provided by MIT on a free attendance basis for the purposes of engineering a safer world. It is the next evolution in Hazard and Failure Analysis. It has two parts - STPA for evaluating issues prior to implementation and CAST for after an incident happens. From auto manufacturing, aviation, medical and food production, STPA can be performed on any process that needs to run more efficiently, safer and more cost effective.
