The FDNY said overloaded power strips were the cause of the fatal Trump Tower fire. It also said that smoke detectors were not present in the burning apartment.   A 67-year-old man, Todd Brassner, was killed in the April 7th skyscraper blaze. 6 firefighters were injured.
