Report: China Operates Over 100 Overseas Police Stations

Beijing’s transnational policing efforts may span much farther than previously believed. A recent report exposed a number of overseas China-run police offices, stationed across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Human rights group Safeguard Defenders is revealing an additional 48 outposts. The new discovery brings the global total to 102 stations. Some of them, set up with help from the host countries.
