How To Change The O'Ring, The Long Way

Sometimes it just easier to change the O'Ring! LOL I get a lot of projects in my shop and some of them cause my head to shake, but I do my best to refurbish the project back to like new state and get our customer back in action. I have to make a new cylinder cap, retaining studs and packing gland for a 7 inch pneumatic cylinder along with seals and packing. I make up a insert holder and cut a 3D item in the PlasmaCAM during this video.
