Tom Jones on DOJ Suing Arizona for Asking Voters to Prove Citizenship

An Arizona law that would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections is being challenged in court. The law was recently enacted and is set to take effect in January next year. But the Justice Department on Tuesday announced it's suing the state. The DOJ says requiring proof of citizenship to vote is "unlawful and unnecessary." NTD spoke with Tom Jones, founder of the government-watchdog American Accountability Foundation, who offered his analysis of the allegations.
