North Korea Condemned for Firing Ballistic Missile

North Korea fired another ballistic missile Wednesday. According to South Korea and Japan, the missile was launched toward the sea off the country's east coast. South Korea added that the missile flew about 300 miles. That's about a week after Pyongyang vowed to develop its nuclear forces "at the fastest possible speed."
