Texas Governor: It’s a 'Mental Health' Problem

In the wake of the Texas elementary school shooting on Tuesday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott along with other community leaders spoke at Uvalde High School. As the officials were speaking about issues related to the shooting, they were confronted by Democratic candidate for governor Beto O'Rourke.
