NTD speaks to constitutional attorney Jenna Ellis who says the delay doesn’t necessarily weigh in on the evidence or lack thereof, and that it remains to be seen whether District Attorney Alvin Bragg will move forward with the case. She also says both sides will use the news to their advantage in the media. Furthermore, Ellis says opponents of Trump might try to use the “lack of evidence” in the DA’s case to make the special counsel probe in Washington and the case in Fulton County, Georgia, seem stronger.
